Position Summary:

Provides general assistance and support to the technical areas throughout the laboratory to ensure uninterrupted quality personalized care and service to our customers through timely and efficient provision of laboratory services.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Familiarity with medical terminology Possesses excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrates comfort interacting with customers and providers of various educational backgrounds. Demonstrates close attention to detail.
