Description We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, you will primarily focus on providing excellent customer service to our clients in the financial industry. You will be dealing with client requests, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities: • Facilitate client requests, providing them with timely and accurate responses. • Deliver administrative support to clients at our Santa Barbara office location. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Computer Programs to manage client information effectively. • Operate CRM tools to track client interactions and queries. • Manage 'About Time' software for efficient task tracking and client management. • Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues. • Oversee Benefit Functions, ensuring clients receive the correct information and assistance. • Conduct Billing Functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for clients. • Manage Claim Administration, processing client claims and ensuring they are handled appropriately. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with various Computer Programs is essential. • Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is necessary. • Knowledge of About Time software is expected. • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively is a must. • Understanding of Benefit Functions is essential. • Experience with Billing Functions is required. • Proficiency in Claim Administration is a prerequisite.
