Our client, a financial services company located in Boston, MA is seeking two (2) Temporary Client Service Representatives to join their team. This role is based onsite in Boston, MA, and will provide customer support for a variety of financial products and services. The position offers the potential for conversion into a full-time, permanent position based on performance. This role is compensating $22/hour on the contract side and 46K once permanent.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming phone calls from existing and potential clients, providing general product and account information.Process routine and complex financial and non-financial transactions in accordance with department procedures.Resolve basic account issues and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate department.Communicate with shareholders, participants, broker/dealers, and others via phone, email, and fax to clarify requests or provide documentation.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.Work cross-functionally within the Service Center to resolve issues and answer questions.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.Prior customer service experience is preferred.Strong communication and analytical skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.

Rotational Schedule:

Shifts range from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.The schedule changes weekly, and employees will know their schedule two weeks in advance.While there is flexibility to switch shifts, employees must ensure coverage for their schedule and cannot request a permanent shift.Please note that hours will not exceed 35 hours per week.
