Greet/check-in/check-out clients;
Answer multiple phone lines;
Direct clients/pets into exam rooms;
Make appts-Exams/Grooming/Boarding;
Scan-in/Fax documents;
Client education on care, pet foods;
Promote services and wellness diets;
Assist in keeping the hospital clean and presentable;
Assist kennel technician during busy boarding season;
Assist technicians, when needed-Drawing up vaccinations, Nail trims; etc.
