Animal Health Center, located in the heart of Madison, MS, is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team. We are a full-service small animal veterinary hospital committed to delivering compassionate, diagnostic-driven care to our patients while supporting our clients with the knowledge they need to ensure the health and happiness of their pets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer systems and office software. Ability to maintain a calm, positive demeanor in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. A genuine love for animals and a desire to assist clients in providing optimal care for their pets.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting clients and pets with a warm, friendly attitude. Managing appointments and coordinating the patient schedule to ensure smooth daily operations. Educating clients on basic pet care and hospital services. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records. Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure excellent service. Maintaining a professional and polished demeanor at all times.
