Responsibilities: Customer complaint calls. Customer support. Online customer support. Customer service training. Training documentation of corrective action. Support to clinic managers. Site inspection/assistance. And other duties as needed. You must be a fast and innovative individual. Requirements: This job requires flexibility to be at the clinic at odd hours- nights, weekends, swing shifts, and holidays. This job requires your ability to think and act within boundaries.
