Client Services Representative I- in office

POSITION SUMMARY:  Working for Aspen Risk Management Group, Supports the processes and systems related to the servicing of clients and support of employees and consultants regarding loss control services. Supports in the delivery of administrative and operational assistance designed to promote revenue growth, productivity, and exceptional levels of client satisfaction. Provides team members with the appropriate assistance and motivation to enable their success.

 

Support and monitor the service process for the client community. Responsibilities include acting as quality assurance manager for the client, maintaining service level agreements that support the client needs, acting as a liaison to employees and consultants to assess completion of assignments.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support team members in opportunities for process simplification and improvements. Provides input in the creation and monitoring of key process improvement measurements. Provides exceptional support to both external and internal customers. Support team members to improve their skills and knowledge through feedback on submitted reports (or items). Involves fellow team members in collaborative or team-empowered decisions based upon the company’s decision making guidelines. Support the department on team goals, action plans, and time tables. Review, update and submit resources as needed. Be part of a team that redesigns workflow to better utilize resources. Develop and maintain effective business and personal relationships with all clients and management. Prepare periodic status reports and other management reports as requested. Engage in the maintenance of building business contacts with outside groups and professional associations in order to keep the company abreast of advancements/developments in the industry. Support and manage the intake of new client assignments, distribute, track, review, edit and submit to clients Track and ensure proper invoicing of client work. Support and manage the status of open assignments and timelines. Conduct regular and continual follow-up for completion of assignments.

Supervisory Responsibility

 

This position manages employee and consultant workloads, requiring good time management and regular, open communication.
