1. Client relations – must greet the clients in a welcoming and friendly way when they first enter the hospital

2. Responsible for administrative duties

• File maintenance

• Charging our clients 

• Statements being sent 

• Answering emails

• Keeping clients up to date with the new preventative parasite medications
