Tsawwassen Animal Hospital is searching for a friendly, organized and compassionate team member to join our fabulous team of Client Service Representatives.  

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Responsibilities in this role include (but not limited to) answering calls, checking clients in and out of appointments, maintaining accurate client file data, managing the flow of communication including client inquiries, emails and texts. Our CSR’s work closely with our RVT’s, Veterinary Assistants and Veterinarians to ensure the best possible service and care for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office, and or training in this field is preferred. 

Our hospital is a fast-paced environment with 3-4 doctors per day and a full team of CSR, RVT’s and Assistants. We are open 6 days per week and do not have evening hours. We love the work we do with homeless animals, OWL and our local shelter. And we have amazing clients! 

This position is permanent full-time, and some Saturday shifts will be required.
