Envestnet is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our MoneyGuide department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Powhatan, VA, Berwyn, PA, or Raleigh, NC office locations.

Job Summary: 

The Client Services Specialist provides support and training to clients via inbound phone calls, chat, and email. Supports clients in creating and delivering advanced planning techniques on the MoneyGuide platform. Ensures high-level customer satisfaction through a strong sense of client advocacy and a consultative approach when resolving issues.  

Job Responsibilities:

Leverage knowledge of MoneyGuide technology offerings to provide support and training to clients on creating and delivering advanced-planning techniques using MoneyGuide products via inbound phone calls, chat, and email  
Demonstrate outstanding advisor support through proven service techniques
Ensure accuracy of information provided to advisor through ongoing training, knowledge base articles, and escalating calls  
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client questions and requests in an accurate and timely manner, escalating when necessary 
Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients. Assist in setting and managing client expectations for completion of work 
Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. 
As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

1-3 years of experience in the financial services area in a client facing role
Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills 
Positive attitude and ambition to help others
Strong aptitude for technology
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and have a desire to be part of a cohesive team
Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation or ability to obtain upon employment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field of study 
Financial planning industry related education or certification
Experience using MoneyGuidePro
