Client Services Specialist
Job Title: Client Services SpecialistJob Description This role is open to cover a leave of absence and is forecasted for 3 months. The role will initially involve data entry tasks, with responsibilities gradually increasing to include entry of customer concerns and credit/debits into the CRM system. Responsibilities + Receive customer orders and process them in the automated order processing system. + Act as a liaison between customers and Field Sales, providing professional account management. + Review reports to ensure shipping schedules and order data are accurate. + Maintain a high level of product knowledge and product application using various resources and training tools. + Maintain and expand the CRM database to capture customer profiles, requirements, annual volumes of ingredients purchased, competitive price points, baking processes, and varieties produced. + Research credit/debit memos for individual districts. + Support Field Sales with processing sample requests, customer concerns, and price requests, and follow up appropriately. + Review sales trends for the assigned geographical area and report changes to the inventory planner and Field Sales. Essential Skills + 2 - 5 years of experience in order entry/order management. + Experience using an ERP system; D365 preferred. + Comfortable with Excel; intermediate user (pivot tables and lookups) preferred. + Experience using a CRM system; Salesforce preferred. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Accurate data entry skills. + Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills. + Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with order entry and order management processes. + Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and lookups. + Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce. Work Environment The position requires 100% in-office work from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8am to 5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
