Element has an opportunity for a Client Services Supervisor; the primary function of the Client Services Representative Supervisor is to lead a department of Client Service Representatives that perform all steps necessary to meet customer satisfaction. This role is also responsible in ensuring all customer invoicing and pricing discrepancies are reviewed and completed.

 

Salary: $27- $31/hr DOE 

 

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all facets of the client service group are providing an optimum customer service level as defined by the organization’s business operating plans and strategic objectives
• Monitor key accounts and ensure the team is reviewing test scheduling to ensure accuracy of due dates, completing status reports to clients, and communicating continual updates on work in process
• Continual monitoring of work in process to resolve any potential issues and ensure on time completion
• Lead the communication with customers and test laboratories to resolve complaints / issues
• Train team members on proper communication technics to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved
• Resolves discrepancies on purchase orders regarding quantity, specifications, etc
• Address variation from POs, quotations and system pricing with internal business partners
• Manage activities and performance of client service representatives and invoicing specialists
• Create purchase orders for outside processing on items that cannot accommodated at our facility
• Ensure team invoices jobs once they are completed and works with customers to resolve any potential invoice disputes
• Fully responsible and accountable to assigned staff decisions to include hiring, performance management, and approval of overtime and time cards
• Maintain an environment of respect and dignity within the department covering employee interactions and problem solving while ensuring work rules are known and followed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications • 5 year minimum experience in customer service with demonstrated success
• Solid understanding of invoicing and handling of billing cycles
• Aerospace or material testing background preferred
• Bilingual a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues with great attention to detail. Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients to resolve issues effectively.
