Essential Job Functions: * Support is provided via telephone, email, and web ticketing * Customer Service Client Services Support Specialist provides support in the following areas: * Password Resets, account maintenance, i.e. domain, SAP, BW, MKM, Gmail, etc. * Adds/Moves/Changes - for new hire/terminations * Printer installations, software installations * Access rights on domain - shared folder and domain group access * Troubleshooting software issues; operating system, SAP, MS Office, Citrix, Browsers * Remote support using LANDesk/Zoom/Remote Desktop * Troubleshooting Google email related issues * Cisco VPN Client/Secure Auth OTP
