A Determined Leader who will report directly to the GEC US Client Services Director, the Team Lead must be adept at measuring and reporting these specific results to the team, diagnosing issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coaching on best practices at all levels to achieve client success. You are a Loyal individual who will be managing a team of 10+ and will be collaborating with the different client groups to support processes and to improve client compliance throughout the Pitney Bowes global client ecommerce experience.
You will:
Represent and lead Global teams from the GEC United States perspective Work with employee(s) on individual and group basis to build skills and performance Delivering prompt, professional solutions for customer inquires Anticipates problems and takes steps to prevent them Suggesting improvements to customer service to higher management and staff
