Job Description A health insurance company is looking to hire a Client Set Up Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a background working in an office, admin, clerical or customer service environment. Day to day responsibilities include pre and post implementation audits of client benefits and setup, Performs comprehensive group setup audits to validate setup accuracy and/or compliance issues to ensure quality setup for clients, as well as assist Configuration team with building of benefit plans. One requirement for this role is Proficiency with HealthEdge applications (HealthRules) or some other benefits/claims processing software. Day to day this individual will be reviewing teat claims to ensure that the benefits on the claim are correct. This is a hybrid role 3 days a week onsite. Skills and Requirements - Health Rules experience( HealthRules Manager/Designer preferred) - Claims Auditing experience at a healthcare company - Benefits configuration experience at a Healthcare company - Experience Reviewing Claims - Good Communication - Bachelors Degree preferred.
