Client Solution Manager (Services Sales)

Key Responsibilities:


 Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities within your assigned target industries and verticals
 Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points, challenges, and objectives
 Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting, product sales, and off-shore delivery teams, to develop customized solutions for clients.
 Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
 Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including booking quotas and pipeline generation.
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM system.
 Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
 Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on Oracle Consulting’s technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
 Develop mid to long term account plans to achieve business growth & secure market leadership; perform overall pipeline management & regularly keep the Oracle Consulting Management informed of opportunities progress.
 Able to handle customer conversations at Senior level.
 Support successful delivery & help manage customer escalations (if any), thus paving way for expansion opportunities.
