How you'll make an impact The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Solutions Managers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff. Responsibilities include: Set up and maintain client files. Process endorsements mid-term changes to policy. Request and/or process new business and renewals. Request all Invoicing, binders and cover letters. Prepare certificates of insurance and complete post placement checklist with sign off from CSM Invoicing and completing premium financing contracts. Handle accounting activities for team. Claims – responsible for reporting claims and adjuster contact information. Insurance Company portals – access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents. Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracy.
