Client Solutions Director
Description We are in the process of recruiting a Client Solutions Director to join our team based in Dallas, Texas. The role is centered around developing and nurturing client relationships within the legal industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients on future project initiatives, as well as match contractors' skill sets with client engagement requirements. Responsibilities: • Develop, grow, and nurture client relationships through various channels such as video, telephone, and in-person meetings. • Market our services to both new and existing clients, with the aim of expanding the utilization of our services. • Identify future project initiatives with clients and ensure their expectations are met. • Match contractors' skill sets with client engagement requirements, and present highly skilled contractors to the client. • Participate in professional industry associations to increase our presence within the local legal community. • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. • Process customer applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintain accurate customer credit records. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. • Leverage Client communications skills to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Requirements • Proven experience in a Client Solutions Director role or similar managerial position • Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team • Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management software • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of the industry • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions under pressure • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets • Willingness to travel to local clients as required by the role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
