The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in the CEE region.The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem.Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, being comfortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional partners, and the desire to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.This role will be located at our office in Warsaw
**Required Skills:**
Client Solutions Manager, CEE Fashion Retail & eCommerce Responsibilities:
1. Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
2. Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
3. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions against client's marketing objectives
4. Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
5. Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
6. Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
7. Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-managent complex work streams
8. Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
9. Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
10. Need to travel

12. Ecommerce hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experience

20. Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail

24. Experience as a Facebook user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products
25. International work experience
26. Understanding of ad tech ecosystem
27. Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS
28. Basic understanding of coding and HTML
29. Basic understanding of attribution modelling /measurement
30. Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
31. BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
