**Summary:**
The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Retail team in Australia is an analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. In this role you will build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product consultant, and lead media planning, strategy and measurement to some of our highly performance and brand focused clients in the Retail portfolio. With an in depth understanding of marketing, this role is responsible for building executional and functional partnerships, using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns and to translate them into comprehensive solutions and strategies that deliver on our client’s business objectives, whilst driving growth.
**Required Skills:**
Client Solutions Manager, Retail Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute plans, in partnership with Client Partner, to drive transformational client growth. Includes nuanced understanding of client's business, operations and organization as well as Meta's advertising tech stack and future product roadmap.
2. Lead external client education and consultations for existing best practices and future product solutions. Proactively stay on the cutting edge of innovation through internal cross-functional team relationships with product, measurement, engineering, and beyond.
3. Craft data-led narratives and recommendations to drive incremental revenue using custom analyses, effective communication, and persuasive presentation skills.
4. Manage account operations, troubleshooting, and escalations ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
5. Prioritize client and team face-time, with some travel for external and internal meetings and events as needed.
6. Identify optimisation opportunities for improving Meta campaigns performance.
7. Project manage internal operations and complex work streams.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or account management roles.
9. Strong analytical skills, experience producing and interpreting data-sets on which to deliver actionable insights, which can be confidently presented to external clients.
10. Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills, and experience learning and thriving in an ambiguous environment.
11. Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM).
12. Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating attention to detail, and involving all levels of management.
13. Consistent track record of delivering on quota.
14. Experience communicating with and influencing stakeholders.
