Job Summary:

Clear Channel Outdoor has developed an industry-leading platform (RADAR) that provides data-driven audience insights and measurement for out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. We seek a versatile and technically savvy Client Solutions Program Manager to join the data products and research team. This role focuses on aligning client advertising challenges with the developing capabilities from the RADAR Data Analytics Suite and owning the data strategy for internal and external stakeholders from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, program management experience, and customer-focused problem-solving.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with clients and internal sales teams to understand advertising challenges and translate them into actionable solutions, with a focus on leveraging existing or developing RADAR data products or solutions.

Serve as a subject matter expert for advanced and developing data solutions from the RADAR data platform and be able to present RADAR to internal and external teams 

Own programs from start to finish for RADAR data solutions that are “in development” running alpha or beta program testing for clients, ensuring timelines, goals, and deliverables are met through collaboration with various teams (sales, product, engineering, program management).

Become the expert on new capabilities and help establish and design operational procedures that help scale the number of campaigns supported.

Manage competing priorities and effectively balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives.

Gain a deep understanding of RADAR’s data architecture and attribution methodologies, becoming the go-to resource for technical and strategic questions.

Use SQL and other tools to extract and analyze data for custom requests, delivering actionable insights for internal teams and external clients.

Partner with product and engineering teams to surface technical challenges and continuously enhance RADAR products.

Educate sales and client teams on RADAR capabilities through training, technical documentation, and presentations.

Job Qualifications:

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role working with data or advertising technology.

Experience with data analysis, SQL querying and executive dashboard design.

Experience with location, audience, conversion, or identity data with media and technology platforms.

Skills 

Understanding of the principles of ad serving, analytics, programmatic, RTB / DSPs / SSPs / DMPs, CDPs, MDMs. Experience with Mode, PowerBI, or similar tools a plus

Understanding of sales engineering concepts and the ability to bridge the gap between product and client needs.

Strong technical acumen, and well-versed in JIRA, SalesForce, and Microsoft applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity

This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

 

Other Requirements

10-15% of time will be traveling to client meetings and industry events

                                                                                                     

The Targeted Salary Range for this New York position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually.  
Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Operations roles are Productivity Pay eligible.

Ultimate compensation will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, scope and responsibility of the position, as well as pursuant to salary market benchmarks. This salary range is a good-faith estimate of the salary for this position.
