We Love Who We Serve. SUMMARY: The Client Solutions Sr Director will serve Kforce's clients, both internal and external, as a trusted partner. Through creative thinking, account planning, and thoughtful opportunity management will work with Advanced Services and account team members inside respective assigned territory to win and deliver value-based project engagements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Become a Trusted Partner with your assigned territory, across a wide range of internal client account teams. Contribute to building and executing account strategies and plans in a team selling environment. Lead technical and business conversations, presentations and negotiations with client Managers, Directors and Executives. Partnering with technical Practice Leaders to build complex project solutions and proposals. Negotiations of complex deals and contracts. Build and manage your personal sales pipeline through forecasting, account planning, and opportunity management. Mentoring account teams in solution sales methods, opportunity identification and pursuit. Build, grow and enhance project portfolio by achieving QoQ and YoY revenue and margin growth. Share thought leadership to help address customer business challenges by effectively working with various solution, consultant and practice teams, to help identify new service offerings and solutions. Selling IT Professional Services within Applications, Data, Analytics and Integration Services, in support of client current operations and future Digital/Business Transformation initiatives. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None required.
