Key Responsibilities:
+ Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales and Customer Service teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
+ Customer Service Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including technical support, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
+ Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on technical products and services, assisting customers with troubleshooting and product applications.
+ Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate customer experiences.
+ Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical and service capabilities of team members.
+ Performance Monitoring: Set and track team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to address customer needs and drive business growth.
+ Problem-Solving: Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
+ Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support, with leadership experience.
+ Strong technical acumen and a customer-first mindset.
+ Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
