Client Specialist Manager Senior

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Specialist Manager Senior to lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team of client specialists across the Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa Bay markets in Florida.  This role focuses on hiring, developing, and retaining client specialists who deliver exceptional service to clients in the commercial and private client banking business groups.  The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of growth and collaboration, and ensure the team consistently meets client needs while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development

Recruit, onboard, and train top-tier client specialists to support the commercial and private client segments. Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development to enhance team capabilities and performance. Develop and implement individual and team performance plans aligned with organizational goals. Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment that promotes collaboration and continuous learning.

Client Service Excellence

Ensure client specialists deliver superior service to high-net-worth individuals and commercial clients, addressing complex needs and inquiries. Partner with relationship managers to align client specialists support with business objectives and client expectations. Monitor and evaluate service metrics to ensure a consistent and outstanding client experience.

Strategic Planning and Execution

Develop strategies to optimize support efficiency and effectiveness across Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa markets. Analyze client needs, market trends, and team performance to recommend process improvements and resource allocation. Collaborate with leadership teams in commercial and private client banking to align service delivery with business priorities.

Operational Oversight

Establish and maintain processes for deposits and loans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and operational efficiency across all markets. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business preferred. 10+ years’ experience in client facing banking business groups with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing teams across multiple locations.

Skills and Competencies

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Deep understanding of commercial and private client banking services, products, and client needs. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive decision-making. Proficiency in CRM systems and banking software.

Other Requirements
