Client Success and Reporting Specialist

TMHCC Stop Loss, a $2 billion division within TMHCC, leads the way in providing medical stop loss insurance sold to employers. Medical Stop Loss provides an added layer of insurance protection to employers who choose to self-fund their health benefit plans. Self-funding can incur risks from catastrophic claims, and Medical Stop Loss insurance from Tokio Marine HCC is designed to protect employers from that risk.

This is hybrid role located onsite in Carmel, IN

Position Summary:

Identifies, defines, and documents business processes and requirements, data entry, reporting, queries and projects and changes. Ensures the high-quality delivery of new and modified processes and functionality. Is a contact for client questions or concerns, training and education, as well as support to Nurses, Underwriters, BA;s and TPA's .

Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside subject matter experts in a team environment.

Assist in develop and implement short-term plans to improve business processes and workflows for designated area.

Provide various administrative functions as needed provided by management.

Prepare written and verbal presentations that educate and inform on area of responsibility.

Provide daily and monthly reporting, queries and data to OT team

Provide support to gather and document requirements from business team members

Projects coordination and implementation working closely with multiple stakeholders

Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions, and develop relevant and insightful recommendations with data and reporting

Document resolution options, go-forward plans, specifications, functionality for training material.

Education, Experience & Knowledge

4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management Information Systems, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience

Preferred 2 Years of excel and reporting functionalities

Data entry and workflow experience

Implementation or account management experience is a plus

Understanding of underwriting concepts, practices, and procedure

Proven administration and customer service skills

Skill and ability to read and understand, reports, contracts, and other insurance-related materials

Effective problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills; can see underlying or hidden problems and patterns; look beyond the obvious

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed matter to various audiences verbally and in writing with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate work efforts.; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred

Working knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Idea, Power BI, TeamMate Analytics, Acuity and Excel ),

Must have Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)

Possess and have ability to apply knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
