ISS-Corporate is seeking a Client Success Associate to support clients using our (GHG) carbon accounting software. This role is strategic to client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
As a Client Success Associate, you will build strong relationships, optimize client experiences, manage projects, set client expectations, and identify opportunities to enhance product adoption. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients via phone and email, guiding them through onboarding and software implementation.
The role requires a client-first mindset combined with an understanding of process optimization, project planning, and process planning skills.

Responsibilities include:
Manage the kickoff, requirements gathering, process design, training, and successful launch of client projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
Serve as a dedicated project manager for all assigned implementations, keeping internal and external project teams updated on completed tasks and outstanding items.
Facilitate online implementation process meetings.
Deliver tailored implementation experiences based on individual client needs.
Collaborate with our climate team and data engineers to provide subject matter expertise and consult on best practices to help customers track, report, and develop strategies for key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and sustainability metrics.
Identify customer pain points and connect their needs to product features, emphasizing the value delivered.
Become an expert platform user, effectively communicating product details, use cases, out-of-the-box solutions, and features available to clients.
Collaborate cross functionally with other team members throughout the implementation process.
Required skills:
1+ years of B2B SaaS implementation/onboarding experience.
Experience training users on software applications.
Skilled in project management and managing internal and external stakeholder needs and expectations.
Consultative and solutions-oriented.
Eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in SaaS implementation.
Desired skills and personal attributes:
Demonstrated understanding and interest in climate change and a passion for making a difference.
Demonstrated ability to work within an organization to gather data and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
Experience in data analytics and visualization.
Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to develop and foster client and colleague relationships.
Product/project management, market research, trend analysis, technical writing, and presentation skills.
Excellent Excel skills and good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work well in teams in a cross-functional, global, diverse, and multi-cultural environment.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and follow through with minimal supervision.
Personal and business integrity and drive to achieve product and company goals.
