Client Success Associate

As a Client Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic market clients, providing tactical assistance to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. This role is ideal for someone with a bachelor's degree or relevant experience who thrives in executing day-to-day tasks and contributing to the overall client success strategy. 

 

What you’ll do...

Assist in the implementation and execution of client success strategies for enterprise accounts. 

Collaborate closely with a senior Client Success team member to streamline client administration and ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing experience. 

Manage day-to-day client requests, service delivery coordination, and escalation of issues to the appropriate teams. 

Monitor client health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns with the support of Senior Client Success team members. 

Support data integrity by keeping client records updated and running client health checks. 

Assist in the development and delivery of client performance and satisfaction reporting. 

Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to escalate client issues, track resolution progress, and ensure timely follow-up on open items. Communicate specific client needs, coordinate internal resources, and provide detailed updates to clients on resolution status. 

 

About you... 

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a client-facing role, customer support, or business-related field. 

Strong desire to learn and grow within client success and develop a deep understanding of client success principles. 

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Proficiency or willingness to learn CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other client management tools. 

Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. 

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $65,000-70,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
