Working with a client-centric mentality, you will formulate and implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships, achievement of strategic goals and deliverables for a client or set of clients and provide ongoing support ensuring our clients receive ongoing high quality relationship management with a focus on the senior management or executive level. This job is within the Property Management Job Function. Client Success Executive acts as an advisor providing fiduciary advice and support to our top clients that need assistance with business products and services. Travel is an expectation of this job function. **What You'll Do:** + Handle performance objectives and deliverables related to the achievement of Property Management’s goals and objectives for a client or multiple clients. + Implement business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify new revenue opportunities. + Build and maintain effective long-term client relationships and a high level of satisfaction as applicable by surveys and other client satisfaction metrics. + Direct new business efforts with current accounts. Source new business opportunities and engage Client Solutions partners and Property Management leadership accordingly. + Maintain and achieve financial, operational, and other measures as defined in deliverables and critical metrics. + Accountable for growth of Property Management Wallet share[1] within covered clients + Responsible for the growth of client portfolio and profitability on a year-over-year basis as established with Property Management and Client leadership measured by both portfolio size and Property Management revenue. + Establish clear governance and business planning with assigned clients and internal support teams. + Facilitate attachment[2] opportunities to grow revenue and profitability in partnership with Global Client Care, Agency Leasing and Property Management Market Leaders + Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the client’s management to understand needs. + Provide insights relative to strategic and optimization-focused initiatives as required. + Balance priorities for site, area, and function planning as part of client engagement or an ongoing client relationship. + Apply a robust knowledge of multiple subject areas, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Persuade managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal. + Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems using the appropriate resources within or outside the department. + Represents the voice of the client and Property Management having a deep understanding of client strategy, partnering with Global Client Care and markets to drive continued client outcomes. [1] Wallet share: Portfolio information across our Top Clients detailing assets we currently manage vs. assets we do not manage. Tool assists with providing information to refine pipeline targets: occupancy, leasing company, asset manager, highlighting focus areas across product type and market. [2] Attachment: Collaboration and alignments across Leasing and Property Management resulting in client growth for both business lines. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Commercial Real Estate, Asset Management experience preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. + Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to cultivate a strong service-orientation and an “advisory role” in client relationships. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Experienced organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive approach. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Success Executive position is $200,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Client Success Executive position is $225,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
