About the role:
You will work in a dynamic environment to accelerate our business by establishing and growing the French business by supporting our clients in France while based in Paris. Your main responsibilities are to introduce Vistar Media to potential users and assist them in solving pre and post-campaign-related questions, or support various requests regarding VM’s features and services. You will act as the point of contact for French relations. You play a major role in convincing the client that our solution is the key to their profits. Working with the Country Manager France, VP of Client Success, and Managing Director you will be collaborating along with the team of seven brilliant Client Success and Sales Managers who speak various languages. What you'll do:You will be in contact with the client on a daily basis to support the smooth running of their advertising campaignsOnboard new clients with a platform run-through based on what they need from the platform and how they can benefit themConsult clients on strategic plans, recommend new technology & features, and give out best practicesClient Health Checks: you check on your client’s engagements regularly.
