Client Success Manager

WellSky is seeking a Client Success Manager to enhance client outcomes across our markets. Join our AOS team to build strong partnerships and maximize solution value. This role will ensure that our clients receive the highest possible return on investment and satisfaction from our suite of solutions and services.

 

A day in the life! 

You will be responsible for the following:

Engaging with clients in response to requests for contract adjustments, navigating to understand their opportunities and navigating client partnerships and experiences with our solutions.Engaging with client at key milestones to create positive client interactions, adding value and guiding the client with WellSky engagements. This includes implementation, status calls and business reviews.Understanding the full client lifecycle engagement expectations across WellSky’s business and operational teams, identifying opportunities for increased client alignment and partnering with client organizations to streamline client experiences maximizing long-term value.Delivering improvements for core business KPIs, measuring engagement behaviors, client outcomes, value improvement, and business growth. Participating and leading touchpoint meetings with clients and internal teams with assigned accounts, coordinating internally and externally on agendas/schedules/action plans, etc.Utilizing approved company processes for lead generation efforts on cross-sell/up-sell opportunities including timely tracking and reporting of status within the CRM.Monitoring of account activity with key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential need for escalation.Maintaining proficiency with new developments within WellSky Divisions and competitors.

Bachelor's degree in a related field4-6 years related workAbility to travel up to 10%
