Zonda is looking for a Client Success Manager to help drive Advertising and Studio revenue growth for its Media division. This role will be the main point of contact with clients, responsible for nurturing strong partnerships in collaboration with Sales, and connecting the dots internally to ensure client success. 

 

Roles and responsibilities: 

Develop and nurture strong relationships with advertising clients to understand their business goals and drive client success.Create client success plans that include campaign objectives, KPIs, and timelines.Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth, including developing strategic campaigns, creating proposals, and finding upsell opportunities.Ensure a successful handoff between pre- and post-sale, in close collaboration with Sales and the rest of the Client Success and Operations team.Lead client meetings, including kick-offs, strategic planning, and campaign performance reviews.Collaborate with the Campaign Management team to ensure smooth execution and continued optimization of advertising campaigns and custom content promotions.Leverage data and work closely with Data other Client Success and Operations team members to communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients.Set and communicate campaign objectives and strategies to content creators and campaign managers.Maintain sales marketing materials and presentations, including gathering client testimonials and case studies.

 

Qualifications: 

3-5 years of experience in a client success or account services role, managing relationships with advertising clients and working closely with Sales.3-5 years of experience in working in the advertising industry, including involvement in digital advertising, B2B lead gen, branded content, and paid social.Polished with excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts in a way that’s easy to understand.Solid presentation skills, including intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint.Experience with Salesforce or another sales CRM tool.Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools, including social media.Familiar with various ad serving tools, such as GAM and Jeeng.Strong analytical skills, able to turn data into insights and present recommendations based on those insights.Problem-solver and results-driven, always taking the initiative to find solutions.Detail-oriented and organized, able to set priorities while managing multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.Possess a positive attitude, eager to collaborate with internal stakeholdersWilling to travel up to 25%
