What you will be doing

The Client Success Sr. Manager is responsible for leading Account Managers in developing best-in-class long-term client partnerships. The Client Success Sr. Manager will collaborate with their Client Success peers to develop and streamline processes enhancing the team’s focus on client service, renewals and retention by providing an exceptional customer experience emphasizing the post-IO process. The Client Success Sr. Manager will be responsible for cultivating partnerships across cross functionals to ensure clients have a holistic experience when working with Albertsons Media Collective and further enabling a cross-organization partnership to help The Collective stand out as a Retail Media Network of choice. 

The position will be based in Boise, ID, or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Pleasanton CA, Denver CO, Dallas TX, Chicago, IL, Fullerton, CA, or Phoenix, AZ). 

Main responsibilities

Lead and transform an account management team by creating and implementing scalable account management strategies and processes    Delegates workload across the team to ensure sufficient client support  Works in collaboration with Client Success to develop holistic account growth strategies and processes  Enables Account Management team with tools and processes to foster campaign renewals, client retention and satisfaction and campaign upselling  Provides input on roadmap, go-to-market strategy and sales enablement in accordance with the Voice of the Customer Responsible for mentoring Account Management team and cross-functionals across the organization  Develops merchandizing partnerships as a Category Captain Develops and coaches account managers to provide best-in-class service and delegates workload across team members for efficiency and optimal growth  Tracks renewal revenue and ensures renewal of campaigns and overall client retention  Works in collaboration with cross-functionals and vendors to review process, staff needs and areas of opportunity  Advocates for client needs across organization representing the Voice of the Customer  Provides long-term planning guidance for optimal organization structure and growth  Attends industry conferences or client travel as needed  Continuously monitor, learn and develop knowledge of retail media landscape  Attracts, hires and retains top advertising leaders 

The salary range is $118,100 to $165,380 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. 

Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
