Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous and self-reliant Client Support, Return Mail Processor (Tier II) situated in Henrietta, New York. As a part of our team, your primary focus will be on processing returned mail, validating client addresses, and preparing new packages for dispatch. You will be instrumental in ensuring excellent customer relations through adherence to our policies and procedures, and may be required to assist with other data entry tasks as necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Handle returned mail daily by logging it into the system and preparing new packages for dispatch.
• Validate client business addresses, which may involve reaching out to clients via phone.
• Maintain customer relations by adhering to our established guidelines.
• Assist with other data entry tasks as the situation demands.
• Utilize HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS systems and software packages proficiently.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure efficient data input and organization.
• Deliver quality service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Develop and maintain a basic working knowledge of your tasks.
• Be prepared to lift items weighing 10-20 pounds as needed.
• Possess the ability to work overtime when required. Requirements • Experience in a customer service role is essential.
• Proficiency in data entry and data input is required.
• Knowledge of procedures and policies is necessary.
• Familiarity with the software 'About Time' is preferable.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks is key.
• Previous experience as a processor is beneficial.
• Experience with HRIS systems is desirable.
• Commitment to delivering quality service is crucial.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
• Demonstrable computer literacy skills are important.
• Ability to lift and handle packages up to a certain weight in pounds.
• Experience with Adobe Flex is an advantage.
• Familiarity with various software packages is expected.
• Knowledge of Paychex is useful.
