Client Support, Return Mail Processor (Tier II)
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry of customer support services, specifically as a Client Support, Return Mail Processor (Tier II) located in Henrietta, New York. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, where the role involves processing return mails, data entry, and maintaining strong customer relations. Responsibilities: • Logging daily return mail into the system and preparing new packages for mailing. • Making calls to clients to authenticate business addresses when necessary. • Upholding excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. • Utilizing different software packages and systems, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS. • Carrying out data input tasks, requiring strong prioritization and organization skills. • Lifting items that weigh between 10-20 pounds as part of the job duties. • Assisting with other data entry tasks as needed. • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while resolving customer inquiries. • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. • Being able to work overtime when needed. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Customer Service, with an emphasis on providing Quality Service • Proficient in Data Entry and Data Input tasks, with a keen eye for detail • Understanding of Procedures and Policy execution in a corporate setting • Familiarity with time management tool 'About Time' for efficient work prioritization • Proven experience as a Processor, preferably in a return mail environment • Knowledge of HRIS System for handling human resources related tasks • Ability to work Overtime as required by the job demands • Proficient in Computer Literacy, specifically with Adobe Flex and other Software Packages • Ability to handle parcels weighing in Pounds without difficulty • Experience working with Paychex software for payroll and human resources functions • Familiarity with Salesforce Platform for customer relationship management • No specific numerical sequencing of tasks required, but ability to multitask is essential TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
