We are seeking a talented individual to join our Media team at Marsh. This role will be based in Birmingham or London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least one day a week in the office.
The Client Support Administrator will work within a highly skilled team that specialises in managing a portfolio of accounts within the media, entertainment, broadcast, production, advertising and live music sectors.
The Client Support Administrator will be responsible for providing all administrative support needed to the Client Advisors including generating renewal invite letters to clients, compiling client emails, issuing policy documentation, liaising with clients to set up direct debits, contacting clients for renewal payments and generally handling any queries that come through in a quick and professional manner ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
We are seeking someone who can combine good administrative, communication and numerical skills with an interest in insurance in order to service our Media and Entertainment clients.
We will rely on you to:
Support clients and internal client advisors in all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standardsWorks on building long term relationships with key client decision makers and stays abreast of key changes within the client’s organisationActively supports the team in ensuring service is of the highest standard and completed in a timely effective and efficient mannerWhere necessary, contact clients in relation to renewal paymentsMaintains meaningful working relationships with clients through regular contact and liaison to better serve clientsWhat you need to have:
Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when requiredExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneouslyFully Competent in Microsoft Office Products (particularly excel)Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and organisational skillsGood written and oral communication skillsWhat makes you stand out:
