What You’ll Do on a Typical Day :

Support the local client manager with service delivery critical issue management by coordinating with various internal groups to resolve the issue & also engage in root cause analysis to determine the nature of the breakdown. Maintain issue log and park all issues/escalation timely.

Work closely with the local billing & settlement teams to support the client manager with any billing related queries / discrepancies that need to be resolved for accurate client billing.

Coordinate & mobilize various internal support groups like GTAS, GPC, Deployment, Implementation etc to support any maintenance or updates required to a client profiles, UDID hierarchy mapping etc. Provide support to client managers for fixing any MI anomalies in Insight reporting. Work directly with clients and managing maintenance requests within committed timelines. Send Timely case updates and communications to client key contacts. Responsible for ensuring preferred supplier programs are distributed and loaded correctly through PRDS. Perform testing and share end to end information with requestor.

Support client managers with any product enhancement or value-added service in the market. Investigate BDO errors and provide result-oriented solution. Ensure reaching out to relevant stakeholders timely for any critical Division/Entity setup/Profile issues for existing client. Strong Governance of SFL cases.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent. Flexibility & understanding of operations support is a must.

Minimum 5+ years of overall experience. The role will require working in shifts to ensure coverage to all APAC/EMEA countries. Extremely Strong written skills. Should have the ability to interact in a principally email environment with ease and flair.

Should have the ability to address issues, concerns, escalations & difficult client conversations via emails . Should be proficient with English as a spoken language.

Solid understanding of GDS. Multiple GDS knowledge will be an advantage. (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus). The incumbent should be skillful with MS Office applications – MS Word, Excel & Power point. Should have direct working experience with Business Travel as an industry. Knowledge or working experience of GBT Front office, Mid Office & Back Office procedures is must.

Experience with GBT tools & databases like: SFL, AGM, GMAX, Connect Client, PE+/SBP, Insight, PRDS, CAP, Hotel Connect, OBT (Concur, Serko, Get There, Neo) etc with be preferred. The role will require great amount of attention to detail in a highly stressful environment requiring multi-tasking coupled with very proven time management skills.

The candidate should have the ability to work towards goals in a matrixed yet structured environment with minimal direction. Should have the knack of using effective listening and probing techniques to identify and act on opportunities. Experience of GBT / Front end / mid & back office/ GBT TC servicing/ Online, & corporate applications & processes will be a strong plus. Observe & listen carefully, be patient, think creatively, & be flexible.

Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles & stay focused to complete important tasks on time & with high quality.  Knowledge or experience in using a ticketing system is preferred.  Flexibility for Shift timings. Highly disciplined & good time management skills.

Expert problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Ability to cope with pressure, objectives/goals & delivers strong results.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including across multiple geographies, functions & organizations often outside standard working hours.
