Client Support Analyst - Disputes, Claims & Investigations

General Purpose: Primary responsibilities will be providing comprehensive support to the Corporate Recovery team and managing day-to-day activities and administrative needs, reporting primarily to the managing directors.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with leaders to strategize engagement approaches, develop work plans, oversee and monitor engagement progress daily, and report to engagement leadership on engagement progress and critical path items.Oversee bankruptcy fee application process for Corporate Recovery ServicesSteer and regulate the document management process and coordinate its facilitation.Prepare and review written reports, presentations, and data visualizationsManage and maintain our CRM systemsMaintain a focus toward continuous improvement of client experience, including but not limited to directing clients to external sources of information, providing clear communications with respect to client needs, and acting as liaison with the Investment Advisor and team members to document all communication via CRMConduct independent research and summarize findings for inclusion in client deliverablesAssist with scheduling leadership calendars and independently schedule appointments. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other executive events. Inform attendees/participants of function dates and times, reserve meeting space, arrange for audio visual and additional equipment/materials, and arrange mealsServe as the point of contact for outside clients and internal employees to ensure prompt response time and efficiency of communicationsArrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations for the Commercial Litigation teamWork in Adobe Echo Sign to send engagement letters to clients for signaturePrepare, track, and reconcile expenses for team members, including expense report preparation and reconciliationRegister Managing Directors and Directors for industry conferences and coordinate travelAssist in coordinating onboarding process for new clientsAssist with the printing, binding, and final steps in the preparation of final pitch booksAll other administrative responsibilities and duties

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to self-motivate, lead, and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentRigorous attention to detail and commitment to quality controlAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, interacting effectively with project teams and clients, as well as being able to juggle the demands and scheduling needs of multiple clients at onceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to critically analyze client requests and develop execution planAbility to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables while maintaining a high-quality work productAbility to create written work product (e.g., reports, presentations, memos) in a business environment using clear, concise, fact-based languageThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

Education and/or Training:

2 -year college degree in Communications, English, Accounting, or Marketing required4-year college degree in Communications, English, Accounting, or Marketing a plus

Previous Experience:

4 years of previous executive support experience necessary; experience within a professional services firm, investment banking environment, or legal environment preferred

The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
