Our Financial Services client is seeking a Client Support Associate to join their team. In this role you will support the financial advisors in a customer service capacity in the call center environment. This is a unique opportunity to join a team to deliver world class customer service to clients and maintain their loyalty to an industry-leading business platform.
DURATION: This is a contract role, beginning as 6mos but will extend long-term (2+ years) if good fit.
LOCATION: El Segundo, onsite 2 days per week required. Please apply ONLY IF you live in the Los Angeles area.
RATE: $20-25/hr
What you will do:
- Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs.
- Develop one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients.
- Serve as the caller's primary point of contact and own the caller's issue from start to finish.
- Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers.
- Provide support on various computers systems associated with the broker/dealer.
- Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule.
- Utilize CRM tool to accurately record and track calls.
- Participate in special projects and team accountabilities including training and support of internal and external contacts.
What you need:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience working in client services or call center.
- 1+ year of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting.
- Strong technical aptitude.
