The Client Support Consultant- Payments provides singular ownership, oversight and accountability for the delivery all Deluxe solutions in the Payments segment, ensuring high value delivery for key defined client(s). The CSC develops effective relationships with client and Deluxe leadership groups to collaborate and ensure Deluxe successfully delivers our programs/projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Delivery/Opportunity Development:
- Regularly meet with customers and delivery teams to ensure regular oversight of progress, quality, and overall customer satisfaction and communicate client concerns, questions, conflicts, escalated issues and resolution to the client and Deluxe leadership
- Develop relationships with leadership groups in different functions in order to collaborate and make informed decisions to provide delivery assurance and ensure Deluxe successfully delivers our programs/projects, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and growing Deluxe’s business with our key clients.
- Contribute to business development for strategic opportunities working in conjunction with Sales to promote and drive a cohesive delivery strategy and ensure proper alignment of delivery resources
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients needs, and provide input in the Pre-sales phase as appropriate, while interfacing with the client during planning sessions to ensure delivery models are aligned with client expectations and that program/project management is fully integrated.
Program Management:
- Oversee effective delivery of all client implementations in the Payment space with specific focus on RaaS (Receivables as a Service) initiatives and projects, while demonstrating ability to apply standard problem solving approach to complex business issues.
- Generate and review delivery program/project reporting as required, focusing on providing status, risk management, and overseeing corrective actions being taken by the delivery team required to ensure success.
- Continuously develop an understanding of Deluxe products/services along with SMEs, business partners and product collateral available in order to effectively provide best solution for the customer.
Issue Management / Problem Resolution:
- Escalation point for operations issues, resources/capacity challenges and/or our ability to delivery project on time, on budget.
- Own issues management – identify issue and root cause, implement corrective actions. Strategize cross functionally on proactive activities to minimize future issues
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and continuous process improvement. Leverage Deluxe LEAN practices and community to decrease implementation timelines in order to realize revenue sooner.
Communications:
- Proactive and effective communications to client regarding status of initiatives
- Active and influential member of the support and delivery team
- Display presence internally and externally up through executive teams
Ability and agility to navigate Deluxe, be organizationally effective
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years
Experience delivering projects, process initiatives meeting goals & objectives on time, on budget and delivered to the satisfaction of project stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Marketing
Experience: 5 Years in a client delivery, implementation role servicing complex customers.

Must be 18 years of age or older
