Client Support Receptionist
Temporary Client Support Receptionist **Length of Assignment:** 3-6 months **Location:** Austin **Start Date:** Mid-January – Beginning February **Schedule:** Monday-Friday 8am-5pm **Pay Rate:** $18 an hour **Position Summary** The Client Support Receptionist is a key member of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This role involves answering inbound calls promptly, transferring calls to the appropriate parties, and taking detailed notes for callbacks when necessary. The receptionist will also manage and update support tickets, create new tickets as needed, and communicate effectively with internal representatives via chat. Additionally, the receptionist will be responsible for meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics to ensure timely and efficient service. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: · Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner. · Transfer calls to the appropriate party or take notes for an appropriate callback time. · Update and create support tickets in the system. · Communicate with internal representatives through chat to ensure efficient resolution of client issues. · Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions. · Meet SLA metrics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. · Complete all other tasks by management. **Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)** · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Proficiency in using customer support software and chat tools. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. · Previous experience in a customer support or receptionist role is preferred. · Proficient in MAC software **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
