Client Support Specialist

Provide exceptional support to Gallup clients.

As a client support specialist, you will provide the world-class service that Gallup’s clients expect from us. Supporting a wide variety of Gallup services and products, you’ll help clients, consumers and survey respondents troubleshoot problems and navigate through our platforms. Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills and knack for technology, you’ll answer questions about our products and help transform stressful situations into positive interactions via phone, email and chat support.

While most of the time you will work independently, you’ll also collaborate with your team, providing backup and guidance to your coworkers as needed.

What you need:

An associate degree or at least three years of customer service or technical support experience required Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required Ability to work at Gallup’s Omaha Riverfront campus five days per week during the initial two months of training, then at least three days per week on-site required Availability to work evenings and weekends required Previous experience providing support via chat preferred Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

At Gallup, we offer a robust benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated hourly range of $19-$21/hour for this role. Pay is based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses.
