Client Technical Director We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Client Technical Director at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be responsible in Retaining and growing Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts. What the day will look like Partner with and support the Team Leader in achieving the goals of the client and the team; Technical resource for client and teammates; Go to person for the EPIC programs and other related programs for the portfolio; Assist teammates in slip preparation; Provide coverage and data analysis to clients; Co-handle EPIC accounts with more complex risks and requirements; Market negotiation for EPIC policies together with the Specialty Broking Team; Deals with insurance companies for rates, issuance of policies, endorsements, and cover notes, claims management and related services; Coordinates with Specialty Broking Team, Global Broking Centers, Regional and Global Specialists; Responsible for overseeing the Risk Management Initiatives for the EPIC accounts Develop relationship with clients; take the lead in communicating with or presenting technical aspects to clients; Educate AEs on policy terms & conditions and other technical aspects of the coverage for client presentations; Ensures accuracy of computations/quotations of insurance rates/premiums to clients from the submissions of insurance companies; Conduct peer review of policies, slips, client presentations and other documents; Attend meetings with clients together with the Team Leader and other members of the team; Networks within Aon, the risk management community and the insurance marketplace to develop professional relationships; Perform other duties that may assigned from time to time.
