As a Client Training Associate, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of new hire, skill enhancement, and initiative-specific training programs. This position partners closely with training partners and subject matter experts throughout the firm to create high quality, customized training solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering quality programs for large scale initiatives and client facing experience with the ability to engage with key stakeholders to determine training needs, delivery strategy and overall approach.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, facilitate, and maintain new hire, skill enhancement, and initiative-specific training programs. Partner with business partners to solicit feedback and obtain appropriate levels of approval for training materials and program content. Conduct needs analysis with staff and management to identify areas for additional training opportunities. Develop and deliver content to improve quality scores, productivity, and turn times with individual staff and departments. Manage the production of learning objects in various formats, including print, graphics, audio, video, and animation technologies, to support online coursework and programs. Develop and lead a comprehensive employee readiness strategy to enable optimal results. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that desired outcomes have been achieved. Document and maintain detailed procedure and job aid resources to assist end users in day-to-day functions. Participate on project teams whose outcomes have a significant impact on business results. Translate Subject Matter Expert knowledge into effective learning solutions and assist managers in the development and coaching of staff. Utilize internal Learning Management System to track all learning events, program completions, and assessment scores for auditing purposes.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Candidate should have formal training or education experience Relevant degree or equivalent experience Excellent facilitation, communication, planning, organization, time management and presentation skills Strong instructional design and analytical skills Ability to work flexibly and independently to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities Technically savvy—ability to research and quickly learn new technologies in support of business objectives Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization Exceptional problem-solving and decision making skills Flexibility required to collaborate with global partners Experience in Financial Services or Asset Management preferred Proven ability to use Articulate Storyline, Captivate and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite preferred
