The Client Training Associate is a specialist role within the Hospitality Field Deployments team performing duties including client trainings, installations, go live support, and on-site troubleshooting.

This role requires basic knowledge of POS Installation and training practices to achieve high level of installation and training success. Aloha knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities:

Training customers on basic to advanced Aloha POS programming, reporting principles, and integrated solutions in remote and on-site scenarios.Following and executing a pre-defined training curriculum.Demonstrating exceptional customer communication skills.Installing, maintaining, and replacing POS and related equipment within the customer’s location to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Utilizing advanced knowledge of Aloha POS software to properly train customers on the purchased software.Managing all NCR Voyix assets used in the delivery of customer services (i.e., tools, software, vehicles, documentation, and intellectual property), or as assigned by management.Accurately and promptly reporting Work Orders, as well as other required reporting, including tracking and reporting all expenses incurred in the delivery of services, such as private automobile and/or public transportation.Carrying and lifting tools and parts of varying weights (1-50 lbs.), including up or down multiple stairs, standing on your feet for up to 8 hours; bending/squatting/crawling and walking/standing for prolonged periods.Using a ladder/platform lift of any size to install equipment and pull cable.Traveling and working on rotating shifts, including overnight installations.

Qualifications:

Weekly travel outside of home location, potentially up to 100% based on demand (via air or vehicle).

Required Skills:

1-3 years of experience with POS systems or in a hospitality environment.POS and cabling experience or basic knowledge of POS installation and training practices.Enhanced computer skills and common software knowledge, including basics of Windows OS.Exceptional customer communication skills.Ability to follow and execute a pre-defined training curriculum.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good problem-solving skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision.High level of personal integrity.Ability to carry and lift tools and parts of varying weights (1-50 lbs.).Ability to use a ladder/platform lift of any size.Ability to travel and work on rotating shifts, including overnight installations.

Preferred Skills:

Real-world Aloha POS training or restaurant experience.Ability to pick up new skills quickly.
