As an ROI Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our operational efficiency in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: · Answering phones · Logging ROI requests · Emailing, faxing, and printing medical records Requirements • Proficiency in video production and editing, demonstrating a strong understanding of visual storytelling. • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, including navigation and application procedures. • Proficiency in R Code, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively. • Experience with offshore operations, displaying a strong understanding of global business practices. • Knowledge of TRICARE healthcare program, including its benefits, eligibility, and enrollment processes. • Proficiency in the use of Network Information System (NIS), demonstrating strong network management skills.
