Seize this opportunity to utilize your clinical or administrative work experience and take your career to the next level. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, check-in/outpatients, schedule appointments, and assist around the clinic.Complete and evaluate residency, identification, income, and immunizations eligibility documents.Explain WIC Program procedures, use of Texas WIC card, and food benefits to clients.Conduct community outreach and provide referrals for clients needing services not provided by WIC. Qualifications and Requirements:A High School Diploma or GED is required.One (1) year of clinical or administrative work experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.Translation services are to be provided; languages other than English are required.EMR: Epic experience and Adobe Pro are a strong plus. Benefits and Perks: Weekly pay periods – and direct deposit! During your employment with The Reserves Network, you can enroll in our benefits program, including medical (3 plans to choose from), dental, disability, critical illness, life, vision, accident, and behavioral health insurance.
