Midwest Medical Center in Galena, IL is currently seeking a full time, clinic coder that will also be responsible for auditing and coding education. This position is weekday hours, 40 hours per week. This position requires knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures, ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are important to this position as well. Coding certification or Health Information Technology educaion, along with prior healthcare experience is required.
