Clinic Director
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** Is responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned clinics and assures a smooth flow for both patient and providers. Works jointly with patient accounting, coding and information management staff to assure these functions support the operations. Is responsible for the selection, training, development and assessment of staff. Assists in the development of and responsible for implementation of policies and procedures for the operation of the clinics. Evaluates processes and makes recommendations for improvements. **What you will Do:**   + Assures efficient and effective patient flow and physician productivity. + Facilitates physician department meetings. + Maintains physician schedules. + Coordinates provider practice start-ups. + Assists with physician recruitment and retention efforts. + Acts as a resource to Clinic Manager(s) for operational issues. + Acts as a collaborating member of the clinic medical home team and is highly committed to a team construct. + Adheres to all safety, infection control and employee health policies and procedures. **Hours/Schedule: **   + **80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)** **Minimum Qualifications: **     + Bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field; Masters preferred + Minimum of 5 years medical office experience, with multi-site responsibility preferred; or minimum of 5 years healthcare management experience. + Valid IA driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
