Clinic Director- Inpatient Program
Overview Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., we are looking to hire a Clinic Directorworking a Full-Time schedule to provide coverage supervising and leading our staff to deliver the highest quality care to our patients in ourRochester Inpatient Program. The schedule will beMonday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pmwithone evening shifta week required. In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for aSign-On incentivebetween $3,000-$8,000depending on licensure! Pay: $79,000.00 - $88,00.00 per year. Working Relationships + Takes direction from Division Director/Service Director and keeps them informed regarding content of workload. + Supervises Team Leaders, clinic staff, volunteers and student interns. + Participates with the Helio Health, Inc. Leadership Team in outcomes management activities. + Works with patients/residents, internal and external community agencies and organizations. + Coordinate care and services with external case managers, managed care operators, licensing, funding, and contracting agencies. Responsibilities + Maintains and provides supervision of clinic staff. + Recruiting and selection of staff for employment. + Ensuring continuing process improvement and staff development. + Continuous staff performance evaluation and supervision. + Knowledge and responsibility for fiscal operation of clinic. + Implements Quality Improvement activities to include: + Recommending clinic standards and measurements for continuous quality improvement. + Supervising the provision of services. + Evaluating clinic and identifying strengths/weaknesses. + Managing problem resolution and implementation of supervisor approved clinic modifications. + Participates in Management and Administrative committees as assigned, or necessary. + Maintains clinic records and statistical accountability utilizing Helio Health, Inc. data systems and required external data systems. + Represents agency to the community. Qualifications + Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT etc.) or Credential (including but not limited to CASAC, CPP, CPS etc.) + Minimum four years clinical experience in an appropriate clinic setting. + Minimum one-year supervisory experience in an appropriate clinic setting. + Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in a related healthcare field strongly preferred. + An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for educational and experience requirements. + Knowledge of the biopsychosocial process of substance use disorders and/or mental health/recovery, self-help group process and principles of counseling. + Knowledge of budgeting principles, resource management, and revenue management. + Demonstrated knowledge and skills in supervision Our Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package Includes: + Health insurance including dental and vision for employees and families. + Paid Vacation and Sick leave - No Waiting Period for accruals. + Paid holidays, including a floating birthday holiday. + 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match. + Company paid short-term disability insurance. + Company sponsored life insurance. + Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
