Responsibilities

In This Role You Will:

Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATI's mission, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care.Manage clinic operations, including staff development, productivity, and patient care standards, while driving consistent, positive outcomes.Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and the district leadership team.Support team development by providing constructive feedback and conducting annual performance reviews.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources, including referring physicians. Qualifications Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role.
